Local proxy not detected — live API calls are unavailable
The agent can still reason about your Azure DevOps configuration and preview API calls, but won't execute them until the proxy is running. To start it:

Make sure Node.js 18+ is installed — check with node --version

Generate a self-signed certificate (one-time, run in the proxy folder): openssl req -x509 -newkey rsa:2048 -keyout key.pem -out cert.pem -days 365 -nodes -subj "/CN=localhost"

Start the proxy: node proxy.js

Trust the certificate — open the link below in your browser and click Advanced → Proceed to 127.0.0.1: https://127.0.0.1:3579/health
